VIDYA VARIDHI MAHAVIDYALAYA was founded by the noted educationist and philanthropist Late Prof. S.P.Singh in the year 2021, in the district Palghar, with the noble aim of opening the gates of higher education to the less fortunate children of our country, Late SP Singh Sir's aim was that a college for girls should be opened in Santosh Bhavan Nallasopara which would help every girl get education. Due to their efforts, the girls here are getting help in taking higher level education and girl’s education is progressing.

VIDYA VARIDHI MAHAVIDYALAYA aims at providing education to our younger generation in the best traditions of Indian Culture and civilization, inculcating them moral and intellectual values, as enshrined in our ancient literature and traditions.

VIDYA VARIDHI MAHAVIDYALAYA has a well stocked library, where in addition to subject text books,standard books by prominent authors, Reference books, News Papers, Periodicals and magazines are available for the students.
